Mike Tangreda

Thank you for visiting what I feel is the strongest network of personal trainers across the city. Whether you are a novice or advanced trainee, I am confident and proud to know that you are in good hands.

Having struggled with weight through my younger years and into high school I became passionate about changing my ways towards exceptional health. It is that passion, experience and motivation I will provide on your journey to extraordinary changes. As a certified trainer for nearly 10 years, my specialties include pre-and post rehab training, athletic conditioning, weight loss, muscle building, nutrition counseling and more.

I am excited that you are here and it is my promise to you that will receive exceptional service along the way.


Amanjoat Gill (Ah-maan)

As a certified personal trainer, I specialize in programs that concentrate on increasing flexibility, endurance, agility, and strength; which amplifies the body to gain performance and lose weight faster. I’ve trained many years in yoga (hatha, kundalini and moksha) and with this knowledge I teach effective ways to increase flexibility and strength, also how to cope with stress like meditation sessions. In 2007 I took a volunteering trip to India to teach Tibetan kids English, study yoga, and attend teachings from the Dalia Lama.

In addition, my workouts have a martial arts and boxing portion that increases strength, agility, and is excellent cardio. I actively teach karate skills to elementary school kids during the school year. I've studied dance for many years as well from traditional Indian to break dancing. I take a creative spin at my dance experience and create unique moves which targets muscles you've never felt before. With the combination of these different types of training, I am a great personal trainer to any client from adolescent to senior.


Lisa Grice

Lisa is a graduate of Ryerson University. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, NCCP Level 2 Figure Skating Coach and fitness model. She was featured in the August 2008 issue of Oxygen magazine’s Future of Fitness Section. “I hope that my story will inspire others to make fitness a part of their lifestyle. I’m a busy mom approaching the age of 40 and I hope that others will recognize how great fitness can make you feel both mentally and physically.” She has also appeared in movies, commercials, print and skating shows. She credits the discipline of competing as a skater for putting her on the right track with fitness from an early age.

Heart disease runs in her family and she lost her father to heart attack at the young age of 55. She says, “Losing a loved one to a disease that can be prevented through a healthy lifestyle makes me passionate about motivating my In-Home Trainer clients to become more physically active and live a longer, healthy life.”


Marilia Vetore

Marilia is a devoted personal trainer and when she is not helping others, you can find Marilia putting herself through her own grueling workouts. Aside from living and breathing fitness Marilia brings many assets to In Home Trainer and specializes in bosu ball and medicine ball training.

She has worked with those with disabilities as well as post heart attack patients. Her latest venture included training recruits for the Police Force.


Igor Zlobine

Igor is currently in his third year at York University majoring in Kinesiology and Health Sciences. He is a certified Personal Training Specialist and is CPR certified as well. Along with being part of the In Home Trainer team, Igor is also an accomplished Latin Ballroom dancer, with many 1st place wins.

He has many years of experience working as a personal trainer in various well-known fitness facilities such as Extreme Fitness, and the Personal Training Station. Igor maintains a healthy lifestyle and has thorough knowledge of nutrition and dieting. He is excited to motivate and help you achieve any fitness goals you may have.
