Group TrainingIn Home Trainer team programs are a great way to gain a competitive edge on opposing teams. Our athletic development programs include drills and exercises that improve strength, power, speed, quickness, core and flexibility. With the use of agility ladders, bosu balls and great command of the human body our team training guarantees to improve your team’s game performance.

Our team programs are mainly run throughout the summer focusing on dry land training programs. Upon completion players will be stronger, quicker, more agile and flexible, with an increased knowledge of fitness and nutrition. This also improves individual performance, decreases the chance of injury, and builds team unity paramount to winning.

We offer team or small group training and have organized several locations across
York Region.
